Our facility offers a variety of amenities designed to enrich the living experience for all residents. These features create a comfortable and welcoming environment, promoting both relaxation and social engagement. From inviting outdoor spaces to convenient on-site facilities, we prioritize providing a supportive atmosphere where residents can thrive and enjoy their independence.
Our HUD units are available to those aged 62 and older, while our market units are open to individuals aged 55 and older, ensuring that we cater to a wide range of needs within our community.
Our four-story independent living apartment home is smaller, providing a very friendly atmosphere where neighbors are quick to help one another.
This building features one bedroom and studio apartments. Rent is based on income. Section 8 assistance from HUD is available in all 50 units.
