Laundry facilities, as well as trash rooms, are conveniently located on each floor. The building is secured and requires visitors to use an intercom system for entry.

Special services include access to transportation for shopping as well as the availability of outpatient therapy provided through programs located elsewhere on our campus. We are pet-friendly and allow cats and dogs less than 30 pounds.

Rent is based on income. Assistance from HUD is available for 49 of our units and Metro vouchers are accepted for all of the remaining apartments. If income is not an issue for the tenant, market rent is also an option.
